Spicy Masala Oats Omelette

Oats Omelette
A tasty healthy breakfast for a busy morning which can be prepared in jiffy .....,this is what i prepare for breakfast whenever i have too less time or whenever my hands are
busy engaged in preparing lunch boxes or just lazy enough to prepare anything.Eggs for breakfast as it is energy giving and protein rich, just to make it more filling and add some fibre ,i add oats and vegetables to make it more delicious and healthy enough. As my lil one has started to chew food now,i  haven't added many veggies here, you can add carrot, beans ,capsicum, cabbage and also greens of your choice.Though adding potatoes enhances the tastes,i don't recommend it for calorie /weight watchers as oats itself gives you the necessary carbohydrates ,there is no need of starchy potatoes. For all those who wants potato along with omelette, omit oats and go ahead with potatoes, you can even refer my post spanish potato omelette .Add eggs ,add protein to your diet eat right, exercise well and be fit.
