Pudina Chutney /Mint Chutney

his version of Pudina Chutney is used as a dip/accompaniment for many of the tandoor snacks/starters.As tandoor food will be rich in flavours with less spices this chutney is a
perfect dip.Do try this chutney when ever you prepare a tandoor food and relish the taste of tandoor food with this chutney.

Ingredients:

Pudina/Mint leaves : 1 Cup
Coriander Leaves:1/2 Cup
Green Chillies :2
Onion: 1/2 Chopped
Ginger: 1/2 " inch
Lemon Juice:1 Tsp
Salt to taste
Thick Curds:1/3 Cup

Method:

Clean and wash pudina leaves ,coriander leaves,onion ,greenchillies and ginger. Put all the above ingredients except curds in a mixer. Add lemon juice,salt , very little water and grind to a smooth paste.

Beat the curds till smooth .While serving add the above prepared chutney to the curds, mix it well .



Serve as a dip/ accompaniment along with any tandoor food and  onion rings.
